To Whom It May Concern:
I chose Boggs Inspection
Services to do an inspection on my new home, prior to the one year expiration date of our builders warranty. The service they
provided was outstanding. The inspection was comprehensive and done in a professional manner. We received a highly detailed
inspection report the very next day. Dwayne discovered a crack in our foundation that could have resulted in further damage
in the future. Several other smaller problems were discovered that we would have never found had it not been for Dwayne’s
detail oriented inspection. We contacted the builder and the necessary repairs were made based on Dwayne’s findings.
I can confidently recommend Boggs Inspection Services as an expert in his field.
Sincerely,
Lenny & Cathie Greenstein Dwayne has always done a great job for my clients over the years. He is very thorough and takes the time to go over
all the details of the home with my buyers and explains how to maintain all it's components. Dwayne provides a detailed
report the same day in most cases. I have found his reports to be easy to understand and have helped me negotiate needed repairs
on my client's behalf.
