I have to say that working with Dwayne Boggs of Boggs Home Inspections has always been a most professional and enjoyable experience. He is very efficient, thorough, and knows in great depth the technical details of his profession. His written inspections are easy to read and understand.  He takes photos showing the problem areas and what is needed to repair or replace the damaged problem. This has helped me many times to show the contractor/handyman what the problem is and the suggested or needed repair.

Dwayne is diligent and very punctual.  I have never known him to be late - if anything he is usually 15 minutes or more early to an appointment. I appreciate that very much.  He is also very good at talking with your client at the end of the inspection, going over his concerns and the clients concerns, suggesting remedies for those concerns all without alarming the client, but still disclosing the conditions he has found.

I chose Boggs Inspection Services to do an inspection on my new home, prior to the one year expiration date of our builders warranty. The service they provided was outstanding. The inspection was comprehensive and done in a professional manner. We received a highly detailed inspection report the very next day. Dwayne discovered a crack in our foundation that could have resulted in further damage in the future.  Several other smaller problems were discovered that we would have never found had it not been for Dwayne’s detail oriented inspection. We contacted the builder and the necessary repairs were made based on Dwayne’s findings.

I was given Boggs Inspection Services name as a recommendation from a Lender and was told they are the best of the best. After my experience with Boggs Inspection Services, I can say they truly are the best of the best. While making the appt, the staff personnel were very kind and professional. I was pleased to get an appt only two days later. Dwayne showed up to the appt early, and explained the whole process. It was great, he answered all my concerns, and even pointed me in the right direction if it was something outside his expertise,(i.e. earthquake insurance). The overall experience was great.
